Booking and Payments

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You remain liable for damage or loss up to the excess amount, unless additional insurance applies. Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse is your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows could incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal purposes or activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized individuals is also not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating the vehicle outside of agreed geographical boundaries without prior consent are violations of our terms.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Willenhall is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
